Will the real Sachin Tendulkar please Stand Up……thats what this Common Wealth Bank Series has forced us to say with just 128 runs from 7 matches he hasnt been in the touch which he was at the beginning of the Australian tour.Thou he has got the start in a couple of times , timing the balls to perfection but the spark or the energy found in his batting has diminished or just forgotten.
He started the one day series with a hint of bad luck getting the hit-wicket but his form has been awful from there on barring the 44 he made against Australia match which we won ,but still in that batting he was caught out by the bowlers on many occasions by their speed and accuracy. His batting average which was superb at 45+ prior to this series ,is only 18.28 in the current one day series.
Either this genius has hidden his true form for the Finals which India destines to reach or the load of Indian performance and the fact that the tiring series has been on for the last 2 months has taken the toll on his performance.Again today was no exception to be seen that Tendulkar was out for 2 in the first over to a superbly bowling Bret Lee who again finished with a 5-wicket hall against India(Second time in this series).
The thoughts do arise that with Tendulkar the only real experienced player player in the team why not to drop him at position 4 to stabilize the innings with Yuvraj Singh and letting young Robin Uttappa to open the innings rather than letting him on at number 7 or 8.Uttappa showed too much character today with a brilliant 51 of 46 balls.
As Dhoni had said that this is a tour for the young guns to fire then let the young guns come at number 1 and 2 sachin can control the innings from number 4,he has done that before and succeeded.I think it is time that Indian think tank sort this problem because it hurts seeing Sachin Tendulkar ,a God, not playing to his strength rather seeking the weakness of bowlers.
Sachin your are still my God ,and Cricket is still my religion but its time you showed the world again that how devastating you are!!!!

Ane pala huththige putho yanna
Billions of hearts weep…..on the day when Sachin (GOD) retire.
Indians wish that day never comes. It would be one of the most disappointing days of our life.
Ever since Indians started watching cricket, it was Sachin, Sachin & only Sachin who made them feel cricket so special. Sachin is only responsible for making cricket a religion in India. They haven’t experienced watching cricket without Sachin.
Whether he was injured/rested, there was always a ray of hope that he comes back to team soon. But after retirement, he will never be back………..If anyone wants to achieve anything in life, Sachin is the best example for them.
I feel most people find it hard to digest that Sachin will no more be a part of Indian cricket…….on that day, isn’t it?
JUST imagine that day, when Sachin plays his last game. He comes to bat for the last time, and everybody in the stadium claps & the chants of SACHIN!!!
Came for the last time. After he gets out, while walking back to the pavilion, the entire crowd gives him a stand ovation, the last standing ovation to their hero, to a man who served India for more than 20 years.
Many of them will be in tears, millions of eyes wet watching their hero play for the last time. An era ends. The end of a legend came……..The bond between every generation breaks. Would you miss Sachin a lot? I think most of people would say “YES”. The saddest day of Indian cricket- when genius retires…
WE LOVE YOU SACHU!!!
Sachin Tendulkar – Master Blaster!!!
Really!!!!This is not an ordinary man.It is very tough to maintain tests as well as ODI records.
But today I feel very sad when I see the behaviour of Indians towards their GOD.
They have forgotten everything. They have forgotten what Sachin has given to Indian cricket. He had sacrificed his entire life just to play cricket. No one in the world has the right to say anything about this genius.
He is a true Indian. Have you ever noticed the tri color flag on anyone else’s helmet? It is Sachin who shows the world that India is always at the top.
This shows his nation-loving character. He is really a proud Indian & has made Indians to proud of him. But now no one values his achievements. In Sachin’s case, it is proved that Men worship the rising sun.
But SACHIN,you don’t worry soon the Indians will praise you as before. Your critics will surely be in favour of you & It is my challenge.May you live long.Sachin go & play your natural game. We, Indians are with you always. What you have done for India is unimaginable.
It is hard for the former cricketers to believe, so they are criticizing you. This is a fact!!
Sachin is very Kind hearted man, down to earth. After achieving everything in life, he is still a polite man. What more could be said about this genius?? YOU ARE THE GOD OF CRICKET.One cannot imagine cricket without you.I am sure your departure to cricket will be the saddest moment for not only for India but also for the whole world of cricket. May you play 4-5 yrs more, this is a wish from all Indians.I just want to tell thank you for playing for India.
It is just because of you that India will always remain at the top whether in tests, ODIs or WC.
You are here to play cricket & you are doing your job sincerely. You have given much more to us & now it is his (god’s) turn to give you whatever you want.May you increase the run & century gap between your competitors that they will never ever touch your records.GOD BLESS YOU.
“We don’t have Kohinoor, that doesn’t matters when we have SACHIN” Sunil Gavaskar.
And I completely agree with Sunil. Moreover Sachin is even more precious than Kohinoor. We are used to live without Kohinoor BUT we cannot live without SACHIN.
THANX SACHIN FOR GIVING INDIANS A REASON TO CELEBRATE!!!!!!!!!!!
love you god.people are very selfish b8 u don’t worry no matter what the world says, you are the best!!!!
I AM HERE NOT TO PRAISE HIM B8 TO CELEBRATE- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
(READ THIS ITS REALLY VERY GOOD)
MAINE TO PAPA SE KEH DIYA- “AGAR APKO SACHIN PASAND NAHI,TO AAP MUJHE PASAND NAHI”
I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT SACHIN.I CAN EVEN CHALLENGE HIS BIGGEST FAN AT THE WORLD LEVEL ALSO.I KNOW EVERYTHING(PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL) ABOUT HIM WHEN HE WAS 10 YRS TILL TODAY.EVERY BIT OF HIS LIFE.
I MUST SUGGEST YOU THAT IF YOU WANT TO DO ANYTHING IN LIFE,JUST READ HIS STORY.YOU WILL CHANGE COMPLETELY ……….I HAVE READ HIS EVERY INTERVIEW TILL DATE.THERE IS NO FILE LEFT IN INTERNET THAT I HAVEN’T READ.MY ONLY AIM & STRONGEST WISH IN LIFE IS YO MEET HIM ATLEAST ONCE IN MY LIFETIME.
I BET THAT I WILL SURELY SEE HIS LAST MATCH LIVE.WHERE EVER I LIVE,IN ANY CORNER OF THE GLOBE BUT I SURELY WILL COME TO SEE HIS LAST MATCH BECAUSE AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO LEAVE WATCHING CRICKET……..
On the field SACHU’S focus is unshakeable, his mind unhindered by anxiety, his pursuit of greatness so priestly pure it is almost, well, Sampras-ian. The resemblance is more than passing.
“My father was an amazing person. He never lost his temper, never ever shouted at me,” Sachin says, his quiet voice even quieter.
He has gifted us with a century of Tests — let us close our eyes and see him again on that day in late ‘89, walking out to battle for the first time, ready to face Imran and Wasim and Waqar, dragging his bat behind him like a reluctant schoolbag on its way to the bus-stop;
then keep our eyes closed and pray for another century of Tests, for there will never be another like him.
Let us celebrate all the mornings he also has gifted us — the mornings when we wake and know he will bat today; the mornings when tea is especially good and hot, and the air clearer and crisper — only because we feel blessed inside, waiting to see him play.
Let us celebrate all the evenings when we gather to discuss him, or simply walk alone, imaginary bat in hand; playing the magical shots in our fantasies that only he can play in reality….
Let us celebrate the year 1998, when he conquered — no, not conquered, but slaughtered — the Aussies at home and in Sharjah; the knock at the Brabourne for Mumbai, when he won the series before it even started on a day when he was Batman and Superman and Chacha Choudury all in one — and that night in the desert, when the storm blew and blew and he just played on and on and on.
When he bats in India that is not applause you hear, it is genuflection (to bend both the knees as a sign of respect to God).
From him all things are possible. Days after Matthew Hayden’s record 380, during a Test against New Zealand in India, a poster hung in the wind. On it, among other things, was written “Sachin, 381*”.
The “not out” suggests what they think of him: there is no limit to miracles he can conjure. Weeks ago, during the tri-series in India, surrounded by a cacophony of the crazed, even
Adam Gilchrist, standing close to the stumps, asks him: “How do you handle this?” Tendulkar chuckles. “Somebody who’s not Indian is taken by surprise (by all that),” he says. He smiles because he lives it every day.
People pray for him more than they do for themselves.
This is the respect and love which people carry in their hearts for him. There would always be criticism and putting allegations like Tendulkar is selfish, plays for his records, never been a match winning player breaks my heart so imagine how would Tendlya feel when he gave away his childhood to play and bring immense joy to the whole country for 18 years.
Time and again Tendlya has shown what it takes to be the best cricketer in the world and what genius are made of whether it be a scintillating century in Australia at a tender age of 18 years or bowling the final over in the Hero cup or scoring the maximum runs in 1996 world cup or practicing like crazy to prepare himself for Warne and company in 1998, playing his heart out to win the Sharjah cup in 1998 when even the
Gods from the heaven couldn’t help visiting in the form of a desert storm, 1999 Chennai innings against immense back pain, 2003 world cup man of the series and so on. He has carried on without even complaining once in his glittering career of 18 years.
THERE IS SO MUCH TO TELL BUT IF I WRITE MORE READERS WILL START FEELING BORED.
THIS IS MY LAST COMMENT & THE BEST READ IT & FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!
Comments by ex cricketer to see mirror,.. media furious over sachin.. doubts among his loyal supporters.. what is his future?? and what is the future of indian cricket without sachin??
Ya, I stood before a HONEST Mirror and asked the mirror, Is there still some magic left in his bat????
THE MIRROR TOLD ME..
A 15 year kid was booed and asked to go and drink milk by 1000s of pak’s supporters, but the kid replied by hitting 4 sixes of, the all time best spin wizard abdul qadir..
I THEN ASKED THE MIRROR WHO IS THE GREATEST INDIAN CRICKETER?
The mirror answered me.. “I dont know about the greatest indian cricketer”, but I can tell you about the greatest player to play this game ever and his name is Sachin Tendulkar..
I ASKED THE MIRROR WHY?
The mirror replied, when a country was completely deprived of economic, intellectual, natural and sporting wealth. There was a lack of everything in India.
And when half the gold of our country was given to the world bank for loan and when india was considered as a third world nation and when we indians lacked confidence even to keep our heads high.. ,
when the whole nation was craving for a reason to be proud of.. and when even a fourth position in olympics (PT usha) was considered as a great achievement and a thing to cherish.. a star arose.. sorry a SUN arose.. a 15 year old kid made the indians proud…
Proved that world records can be created even by indians.. he not only changed the indian cricket single handedly.. he changed the outlook of indians single handedly..
Indians were no more losers.. they too can achieve..
he inspired a generation and many more generations to come.. He paved the way for Indians by saying “Go & try India can also win matches”
The cricketers of the same team who are elder to him now (Rahul dravid) got inspired form that kid..
And that kid carried the burdens in his shoulders to make a millions to smile. So, He is the greatest sporting personality ever…
I THEN ASKED THE MIRROR IS HE NOT EARNING A LOT AND IS HE NOT SPENDING LOT OF TIME IN ADVERTISEMENTS?
The mirror replied me, well a CEO who is carrying the burden and responsibility of a company is paid a lot, should a person who is carrying the responsibility of a whole nation, not be paid heavily?
Moreover, knowing his responsiblities he has never used his star status to do wrong things, When UBgroup approached him with a heavy amount he simply refused to do an ad for king fisher mineral water.
He is earning a lot and unlike Mr. Steve waugh(taking nothing away from his deeds) he does a lot of things without media hypes for orphans, people with cancer and eye problems.. should such a person not earn more.. Mr. Laloo who has criticised the cricketers and has earned in billions by corruption can he not earn money by his hard work??
THEN ASKED THE MIRROR WHAT IS THE FUTURE?
The mirror answered me, i am not a magical mirror to tell you future. But i am a honest mirror, I dont know what lies ahead, but without Sachin cricket will become just like another sport, you can produce world champions, record breakers and heroes but nobody can inspire a nation for 18 years like what the master has done.
I ASKED THE MIRROR, SO WHAT IS WRONG?
The mirror answered me, you stupid, unloyal, shameless, heartless, senseless and brainless idiot..
you enjoyed his batting for nearly two decades and boasted about him and his cricket for nearly two decades and after a two match failure you ditch him and ask for his retirement and believe in those critics than believing in the master. So all the mistake is in your side..
He opened for india and took india single handedly for semi finals and then to finals and against his wish he was brought down the order and both times india failed even to qualify for further rounds.. and you blame him for everything.
It also added that “I dont want to reply to people with short term memory loss like you. GOOD BYE!!!”.
Ian Chappel just played 16 ODIs and couldn’t even score a single hundred and he’s talking about a man who has played 384 ODIs and has 41 centuries to his credit.
Just to illustrate my point further, Ian Chappel played 75 test matches and scored 14 hundreds at an average of 42.42 runs per innings whereas Sachin Tendulkar has played 135 tests and has scored 35 hundreds at an average of 54.70 runs per innings.
The fact of the matter is that Chappel wasn’t even a shadow of Tendulkar’s shadow and even Australia in all their years of cricket domination have not been able to produce a Tendulkar!!
I say this because Sachin has mastered both the test and the ODI forms of the game, something that even Bradman couldn’t do and Ponting is no where close to Sachin in ODIs!
Even a below par Sachin Tendulkar is much better than the rest so Chappel and Atherton can go take a hike and let the master decide for himself when he wants to leave the game.
I’m sure it will be the saddest day for cricket and not just Indian cricket, as a man like Tendulkar comes once in a lifetime and I feel lucky to have been alive in this period to witness Sachin Tendulkar - The Master, The Legend and definitely The God of batsmanship.
THE FACT IS THAT IF YOU GO AUS YOU WILL FIND THAT THEY LOVE SACHU MUCH MORE THAN INDIANS ITS OUR NATURE THAT WE NEVER VALUE THOSE WHO ARE WITH US.SADLY B8 THIS IS A FACT!!!!
SO LETS PRESERVE SACHU BEFORE WE LEFT NOTHING 2 PRESERVE.LASTLY,THANX SACHIN TENDULKAR……………………….
